While EstateCoin provides instant sell at 2% below NAV and a P2P marketplace, there is no guarantee of finding a buyer at your desired price. In adverse conditions, liquidity may be limited.

Tenant and Rental Risk

Rental income depends on tenants paying rent. If a tenant vacates or defaults, rental income will reduce or stop. EstateCoin focuses on pre-leased corporate tenants to mitigate this risk.

Regulatory Risk

EstateCoin is NOT regulated by SEBI. It operates under the Indian Contract Act 1872. Future regulatory changes could affect how the platform operates.

Platform Risk

EstateCoin is an early-stage platform. If the platform ceases operations, your access may be affected. Properties are held as nominee — your beneficial interest remains, but enforcement may be complex.
